Hi, I decided that my proposed plan for Tenku No Rifu will be a webcomic instead of an anime. So I made another magical girl anime idea, I'm more excited for this one, so yay? Her name is Chiyoko, her full name is Fukuda Chiyoko, she is a romantic, curious, prideful and a rather athletic rebel. She believes doing in what's right, and will not stop till justice is served. But because of her beliefs, she seems to be one of the cool kids in the school, a hated figure upon most female students.
