Species name: terraphis comprimens Common name: wide-headed waveserpent Niche: herbivore size: 12 cm the wide-headed waveserpent evolved from a population of visor duskworms that had mutated longer jaws. while they are often found in the aquatic forests, in competition for foodthey are capable of wriggling their way onto land, where they feed on terraleaf. on land they move by pushing off with their tails, and can stay there for a while, as long as they stay wet. although they are herbivorous, when food is scarse they wont hesitate to grab a recently dead crawler or duskworm
