**If you're going to switch songs while one is still playing, make sure to press the stop button first.** Sorry, I don't have recordings of all the songs yet! I'll update this project when I do, and I may add more songs too. These are some songs I decided to share with you guys!
•Prelude Op. 11, No. 14 --Alexander Scriabin: Ohhhh boy this song. This is a recording of me playing this song at my competition last Sunday. It is the hardest song I've had to learn to-date. It has a bunch of my weaknesses in it, and it's also completely the opposite of my personality. I chose it to really challenge myself to improve in these areas, and it definitely helped! As you can probably tell, though, it's definitely not the best. I think I sacrificed cleanliness for speed. •Reunion (snippet) --Hans Zimmer: This is a little sneak peek of the song "Reunion" from Dreamworks' Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron movie. I'm learning it by ear off of a video of someone else who learned it by ear.. xD I don't know it all yet, that's why you may notice towards the end the Left-Hand gets more simplified (it's just a filler I made up until I learn the rest of the actual L.H.) I used my new MIDI connecter thing to make this recording :D I might try to change the soundfont later, idk. •Homeland *COMING SOON* •Meet Bolt --John Powell (from Disney's "Bolt" movie): This is a recording I made using the new MIDI connector I got for my keyboard. I'm still trying to figure out how to work everything. It took hours of messing around to get this far, so just appreciate it. xD I think I have another recording of this song, on an actual piano -- but it's a little different because I kinda like to play around and make different versions. I may replace the recording sometime with that one. Anyway, this is just a quick song I didn't even mean to learn, I just happened to stumble across a video of someone playing it on piano and next time I sat down to play my own piano I ended up playing it. xD This isn't the best I've played it, but it sure is fun playing with the MIDI thing. Except when I converted the file to .mp3 it added some noise/static??
