Have fun doing art! Also, yes, it's definitely a step to make an art style, I know many people don't like tracing cause most don't give credit and say they just made it on their own. I've seen many yt videos of how to develop an art style and the first step is to trace, I know that it helps if you find TV shows or art styles you like and trace them, and think about what you want to use your art for, e.g if you make a comic you want an art style that is quick to draw, but, you can have multiple art styles for whatever uses you need, but list important is to have fun. And, ignore haters as "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" so everyone has different opinions based on what they think is appealing. I hope you find your art style! :D After you get the hang of trancing, next, you reference, so you see an image and you can copy it, similar to referencing except you don't have the reference on a layer below to just copy off. And tracing you have to draw like normal, do a sketch, linart and then render so you get the hang of it, then, in your own art style you can incorporate design elements to make it your own! Idk broooooo
Idk why I felt like doing this. I made this in scratch with me claw (or uh twoleg finger) Art is about expressing yourself, and no matter what "skill" level you are, you are an artist! Oh and uh yeah, I guess you can trace cattycat here if you really want :3 We need more EA cat artists hehe! Cattycat owned and made by @meadowfootToPh
