Weather increase your mutation chances greatly for 30 sec. Saving doesn't allow you to save their mutation yet so I suggest you to collect the fruits with mutation before you export save. The red number is your money, you can see the plants info by hovering over them, get money by collecting the plants, you can edit which means you can move your plants however you like, Press 0 to enable edit and 9 to disable edit,290 is the max amount of plants you can have i think
