Hello! this is the project for HP staff. as HP staff... -you must NOT be byas -you must fill out a form to become a staff member -you must do your assigned job -you must alert a higher staff member or me if you're going inactive and for how long there's some different jobs -rolling -checking for design or cat errors -checking for rping errors -gathering info for meetings -alerting rpers of new info -dealing with people who aren't rpers or are just being plain rude -aging and exp and storage rolling- if you are permitted to roll, you simply roll on the chance that the cat has. ex- kits have a 50/50 chance at everything. if the kit is trying to steal smthn you'd roll a 'yes' or a 'no' each one being half of the roll. if the cat gets a 'yes' they are successful. if its a 'no' they failed. this is probably the most frequent job and I'm accepting as many people as I can get. cat errors- we will be doing genetics in this RP. not full on genetics, but each clan has an adaptation. some are more powerful than others, but some need both parents to have it in order to get it. ex- DryClan coats will over power PeakClan paws, but will be split 50/50 with BeachClan webs. you must make sure the kits look like this. see - RP errors- find mistakes in RP threads. if anyone is breaking rules or doing something wrong, correct them! ex- the dep talks about becoming leader. just ltk they shouldn't do that and be on your way! meeting info- you must ask those who are becoming warriors what they'd like their suffix to be. if they break the rule, give them a similar name but still different, and tell them their mistake. then tell these names of whom to the leader. ex- 12scar is becoming 1234 info alerts- you will tell rpers new info they need to know. plz do this on time. you will tell them their cats new age and name(accept for batters to warriors) and tell them their mentor and if they are gonna be a warrior or a healer. stuff like that. be nice about this as you will be interacting with rpers. ex- dear [ insert users name], your hp cat [insert kit name] has turned 6 moons and a [insert healer/warrior] apprentice. their mentor will be [insert]. have a nice day! dealing with invaders- invaders are people eaiter, purposely not following rules, not an rper, bullies. for the sake of something they will be shortened to ins. your job is to, kindly, take care of ins. here is a list of how to handle them- 1. give them 2 warnings about what they're doing 2. alert me 3. if they haven't stopped, lmk again, and tell them about me 4. I'll take care of them 5. if they still don't stop, the person who told me, will report their comment(s) and tell them they have been reported 6. if they STILL don't stop... repeat this age and exp- this is a special one (kinda). each residence will have its own project. each project will have the names, exp, age, and user of the cat in it. you will always age and add exp and change the name every time you can. of course, the name will only change when it needs to. the age will change every Saturday. exp will change whenever you have the chance. I suggest at least 3 times a week. staff members will be able to share exp and apt. the user of the cat will share the new name. you MUST keep track of the age. if there are any questions, plz lmk!!
