a mini art dump of the traditional kind. some of these pieces were made last year, so you can see about the point where I was developing a painting style. art classes are so fun personally :) —————————————— 1. Thumbnail (obviously) 2. Daisies - A painting where I began to experiment in my developed personal style a bit. Messy technique and vibrant colours. Made last year. 3. Duck - My favourite animal ever!! >_< I really liked the face and neck. The rest of his body was rushed. (We don’t mention his feet either). Made last year. 4. Lady - We were told to try showing shadows and lighting through contrasting colours. I chose pink and turquoise for mine ^^ Made last month actually. 5. Eye - The reference was super hard to follow considering it was so dark around the eye, so I struggled a bit. It’s alright tho. Made last month. 6. Bags of Fruit - Pears and apples in paper bags. I used watercolour and pencil for this one. Made last year *-* 7. Lighthouse - Once again I used watercolour and a bit of pencil. Nothing much to say here. Made last year. 8. :] ——————— A lot of these were made using references that were printed out and given by our art teacher. So some may be obscure and therefore hard to credit/provide the reference used. I can assure you, though, that there is no use of tracing. That’s all for this one. Ty for looking! :p
