Nicknamed "The light bulb" for its roof shape and position, the XM900S is an extraordinary car. PUR-E wanted to go with something different, something unique this time around, and so they somewhat tightly based it off (not inspire it by) the ever-legendary Porsche 917. The rough concept was first unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show in 2022 with a 550-HP V10 that topped at 214 MPH. It had caught the attention and love of the viewers the moment it was brought in, and the amount of rich people who were looking for reserve spots when the car actually released was uncountable. A 45-year old investor even gave them $20 million just to speed up the process. A year has passed, and the first production model was revealed at the Speed Scratchisco Auto Show on April 5th of 2023. Outfitted with a twin-turbo V8 pumping 985 HP fresh from the factory and little-to-no electronic driving aids, the XM900S was a raw driving machine that could be just as dangerous as any 50s race car if driven incorrectly. That's why any new buyer must undertake a three-month driving course in order to learn how to safely drive and maintain their XM900S. The base price would be $1,908,000.
