So many people have insane art, so sick. Instead, I don't feel good and I'll take a different approach 1 : Song name : Paul Revere I chose this song because this song is about how the singer wants to leave his hometown, and has mentioned his discontent with his nowhere town, exactly like Rico. If you read the story and listen to the lyrics, it makes perfect sense and i don't need to axplain it any further than that haha "If I could leave, I would've already left." 2 : Carlo's Song This song, I twisted the meaning of it, but it still matches the lyrics. It was originally about the singer's old friend who died, but I feel like it's Rico in the future after he escapes his clan and leaves the snowy mountains for the beaches. He ends up being comfortable, getting essentially what people would think he's looking for, but he cut off all his family, people he grew up with, the day he decided to leave the clan. He gets a message from an unmarke.d location sent to his beach house in the mail, which was adressed to him, from mother anastasia. (The clan leader, her name is classically russian) She asks how he's doing, tells him not to reply to the message, and asks him "Have you found what you were looking for?". But she doesn't care for him individually; she doesn't want to keep him alive. He realizes he doesn't want to go back to something he fought so hard to leave, but he wants more in life than what he has, and something in him can't fight what he was born to do, basically bred to do. Or you could think of it as him asking himself. The keep you alive part is to his brother, who is still a little kid like 5 years old, living in a little beach house with him after he escaped. They are trying to take the little kid back and if they fight back, you know what'll happen. So Rico is trying to give his brother a good life and keep him alive, and keep his brother's and his own soul alive. (Live life to the fullest) "Did you find what you were looking for? Some escape from your skin?"
