The original Angel of Nebula, Ukalina, was killed during The Great War of Gods, so the title of Angel of Nebula has been tossed around from soul to soul until it landed on our dear friend here! Despite the fact that she comes from a mortal planet, Kelly is still adored by everyone, the only exception being Axil. To him, he only sees her as his failure to save Ukalina.
