An Stretch Routine I did: Deep Lunge: 30 secs Backwards lunge: 30 secs Laying Leg hold: 30 secs deeper backward lunge (a backwards lunge, just flat on the ground) : 30 secs Seated Pike Sretch: 30 secs Standing Pike Stretch: 30 secs The spilts it's self: 30 secs Some people are like Anna Mcnulty, who achive A LOT of flexiblity in a couple of weeks or whatever, while others who just want to touch their toes without pain! Me personally, it took 2 - 3 years, not of stretching, but of realising that when it comes to getting your splits, dedication, patience, and consitencity is key!!!! Also, i never thought i will be able to go past doing the splits on 3 pillows!!!! NOTICE: NEVER EVER try to push yourself into the splits when your body isn't ready for it. I did this MANY times, and i had VERY BAD mussle strain! As soon as you get your spilts, you still have to keep stretching. Once you get your splits you can't just stop sretching! When you get your spilts, stretch for 3 - 4 days, by then you should have a solid, flat splits, then MAYBE start over split training!!! ONE SECRET NO ONE KNOWS: If you are a 1 - 2 inches from the ground, did you know that doing a over splits will help you get those last few inches?
