Worked on this in intervals for months. I saw videos of people using the “stick man” brush or something similar to create texture, so I tried using it to make buildings and it turned out pretty good. I did a lot of testing with the lights like whether to add them or not and how to make them work, but they ended up working out alright. I added wires at the end for some extra detail, and it turned out pretty good. I made an alternate version with more clouds to mirror the darkness of the buildings beneath, but I feel like it didn’t turn out great. (Click to see) Used procreate
