Welcome, Pilgrims! This is the NUCLEUS! If the SUN shone, this would be the core-space of Helical ideology! Though it's rather reduced (I can't even fit a working ribosome in here) it's still quite functional. The Nucleus (space) is occupied edge-to-edge by the Nucleus (lifeform), which is a non-discreet mass of near-intangible life! It's why the air feels a bit folded and dense, like thick fog. Think of it as a dense mass of plankton, or more accurately as diffuse cytoplasm. The living nature of the Nucleus allows for Helical adaptation of the space! Which is quite useful for allowing beings with different environmental requirements to persist here. It ALSO allows the defense mechanisms of the Nucleus to work. Downside: keeping a lifeform, no matter HOW simple, collapsed takes more Aetus than just a simple space. Anyways, hope you enjoy your brief visits.
