────────── ◇ ☾ ❇ ☽ ◇ ────────── @CERISE_Creative Supporting real idols, not roleplayers. Here is some information about our company, its CEO and its artists, in the form of a short interview. ────────── ◇ ☾ ❇ ☽ ◇ ────────── "Why was CERISE Creative founded?" Lucina Arlett, CEO: I hate how toxic the K-Pop industry is. I've done theatre before, always asking myself why a K-Pop company couldn't have this more laid-back attitude while still delivering quality content? Lo and behold, CERISE was born. A company that by no means takes its work lightly, but is still built on the philosophy that anyone, regardless of weight, race, experience, et cetera, could have a chance at debuting, given the right training. "You mentioned musical theatre, do you have any other interests?" Lucina Arlett, CEO: I've always had a fascination with psychology and wacky space theories, but since I mostly pursued theatre in college that never really amounted to anything. I could definitely see myself as a psychologist or physicist in another timeline. I also love gaming, as a hobby. In fact, the old Wii in the trainees' common room was mine when I was a teenager! "How did you come up with ERIS' concept, arguably the reason their fanbase is so big?" Lucina Arlett, CEO: I know I say I'm their creative director, but if you want brutal honesty, I let the members themselves lead the charge. To let the idols themselves have control over their concept and to incorporate things that they're passionate about instead of just handing it to them on a silver platter is what CERISE Creative is really all about. ────────── ◇ ☾ ❇ ☽ ◇ ──────────
