osdd definition if ur confused: osdd falls into the category of dissociative disorders, like did and udd. basically it means that due to trauma, your mind somewhat splits into different personalities to cope. these personalities have roles meaning different things, like co-hosts, protectors, etc. osdd 1b is specifically a disorder that is different from the others, as it doesn't lack but has less amnesia.
