We build three lines of big dambs on the red lines (our northern borders). We try to make them cheap but able to stop the water for 10 years. In this years we will gradually make it stronger, bigger and stouter. We hope that this tactics will help us. In case of any danger we will evacuate people to other cities like Berlin and Vienna. Also we pay many attenotion to Hamburg as the biggest city next to the sea.
