(In my theory/AU I think Irene told Their Daughter that it would help her father if she became a relic and she'd still be able to see him. And Their Daughter was able to see and interact with Shad for a little while until she lost her memory from being used as a relic when Shad tried to get revenge on Irene for having had practically killed their daughter. ) ˚ · .
