Weird 2012 Stannah MR roped hydraulic lift... Brand: Stannah. Year: 2012. Type: Single ram roped hydraulic with the motor room at floor 0. Speed: 1 m/s. Capacity: 630 kg or 8 persons. Fixtures: Dewhurst buttons + Unknown indicator. Voice: TVC. Doors: Fermator. Logic: Arkel microprocessor controller. Motor: Bucher Hydraulics Compact Line submersible power unit with C-LRV electronically regulated valve. Starter type: Solid state with soft-starter. Location: 15 Aqua Lane, El Garcia, ST. This is a small and modern office building from 2012 which is located in El Garcia, ST. And unlike most buildings located in the Aqua Lane street, this one is still full of intersting stuff... The lift is a very odd Stannah hydraulic with Arkel logic. This one only takes 1 call at the time and you can cancel the call by pressing the selected floor button again. These floor buttons also make some walkie-talkie sounds when you press them which really funny and weird at the same time. Also, the lift has a weird Bucher Hydraulic Compact Line pump which is a "revolutionary synthetic tank"... Does that mean that the tank is made of some sort of plastic or something? This is such a weird pump unit design! It's also got the C-LRV valve BTW. This hydraulic pump does sounds nice though. Also, this lift goes 1 m/s which is fast for a hydraulic and runs very efficiently. Too bad there is no pre-doors but it's still a pretty nice lift apart from the Dewhurst buttons which are a bit boring... Also, this building has a FireSweeper 2nd gen addressable system with voice evacuation through PAVA speakers and the notification appliance are EST Integrity horn strobes and remote strobes. This system is branded as Siemens for some odd reason... Also, this building still has good PC's. These are some Dell OptiPlex 990's MT desktops and Latitude E6420 laptops. They all came with Windows 7 but have been updated to Windows 10, have 2nd Gen Intel Core i7 processors, have 16 GB of RAM and have Samsung SATA SSD's as their boot drives. These are still really fast and reliable even today! Unfortunately, these PC's may get replaced soon because of Windows 10's end of support on October 14th 2025... They still work very well though but are too old for Windows 11. Hopefully, they won't buy brand new entry-level trash and get some quality refurbished PC's such as the Dell Latitude 7400, the Dell OptiPlex 7080, the Lenovo ThinkPad T480 (Beware of soldered charger port though), the Lenovo ThinkCentre M720s, the HP EliteBook 840 G6 (I don't know if charger port is soldered though so be careful) and the HP EliteDesk 800 G4.
