Fire-Lily is a blunt, sarcastic and often cynical cat that hides a lot of how she truly feels behind a simultaneously laid-back, breezy and careless attitude and a bold, cocky firecracker exterior that demands to be seen and sighed at. She often gets herself into dumb shenanigans on an impulsive whim, prone to acting out and starting spats purely for attention. She can be a bit of a passive bully, prone to purposefully making demeaning or insensitive jabs and comments and feigning innocence when called out on it, even with cats that are considered her ‘friends’. In reality though, beneath all of that is a cat with a boatload of insecurities, low self-worth and a major inferiority complex that manifests itself in the form of snark and self-sabotage. Fire-Lily sees herself in a negative light, as an obligation and burden that will never live up to the standards and expectations of her peers in falconclan, and with her insecurities she unconsciously makes choices to affirm them, often by underperforming, despite her competitive and cocky attitude, to prove that she’s not good enough, or by purposefully pushing others away with her toxic behaviors to prove that she’s not worth loving. She craves validation and connection, but is absolutely terrified of it all the same. She is built upon a foundation that is rickety and unstable, and hides behind a wall of sharpness and brazenness to shelter herself, and others.
