To play the game, you pick Sandbox or Campaign then if you clicked Campaign then you pick a level then it will send you to a game you click on one of the categories then on one of the options you only have a certain about of spending money to find out how much you have look at the top next to the house button and that how much you can spend. It is the same if you click Sandbox, but there are no level, and you have infinite spending money, and you have to make both of the teams.
