Use it like a real lift. Warning: Loud sounds and flashing lights!

Stannah) hydraulic lift (mod)... Brand: Stannah (Kleemann). Year: 2011. Modded by Evans Lift Alliance in October 2021 then modded again by Jackson Lift Group in February 2023. Type: Dual ram roped hydraulic with the motor room at floor 0. Speed: 1 m/s (Now 0.5 m/s). Capacity: 1000 kg or 13 persons. Fixtures: Schaefer (Replaced in 2021 with unknown LCD display + STEP Shangai buttons, then buttons replaced again with Dewhurst US91 EN in 2023). Voice: Stentorgate (Replaced in 2021 with Daniel UK TTS voice then replaced with MP voice in 2023). Doors: Klefer (Fermator). Logic: Mitsubishi PLC (Replaced in 2021 with Kappa System by Gruppomillepiani, then replaced again in 2023 with IMEM Ascensores). Motor: Kleemann submersible pump unit with Bucher Hydraulics LRV-1 electronically regulated valve (Replaced in 2021 with an ULCEP pump with a Blain EV100 valve, then replaced in 2023 with a Moris pump with a Moris valve. Both ULCEP and Moris pump are submersible BTW). Maintenance company: APEX Lifts. Starter type: Solid state with soft-start (Now star-delta). Location: 92 Bunny Street, El Garcia, ST. This is the lift at another random office building in El Garcia, ST. This building was built in 2011 and is nice and modern. The lift was originally a Stannah hydraulic with Kleemann components that went 1 m/s, had pre-doors, ran efficiently and used a high-quality Mitsubishi PLC logic. This lift is well built since it's got 2 hydraulic rams and a chassis. Sadly though, it got destroyed in October 2021 by Evans Lift Alliance with horrid ultra cheap and yucky equipment such as Gruppomillepiani controllers, STEP buttons and ULCEP pump. It was so unreliable that it got modded again in February 2023 by Jackson Lift Group. This mod only made the lift ever so slightly better. It now has Dewhurst buttons, MP voice, an horrid random chime, the awful IMEM chime, IMEM Ascensores logic and a Moris pump! The cheap LCD display from the 2021 mod is still there and it cannot even display the floor and direction properly and it's flashing! So, this is yet another example of a good lift being ruined into a stupid generic! At least the chassis and the 2 hydraulic cylinders are still there! APEX Lifts is servicing the lift which is not a good thing at all! Their engineers tend to pee and poo in lifts! This lift was their toilet when they inspected it on July 13th 2025 and it absolutely STINKS! THAT'S DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! Also, this building originally had a 2011 Gamewell-FCI system. But guess what? The FACP's PSU blew out in 2012 and took the panel's motherboard with it! The fire alarm panel was beyond repair and was so low-quality that they had to pick up Simplex to replace the entire system with a 4100ES just a year after the building was built and put in service! We now have even more rare white TrueAlert speaker strobes and remote strobes! There are no horn strobes and no PAVA speakers. Also, the PC's there are still the HP EliteBook 8460p laptops and HP Elite 7200 MT desktops from 2011! These things are tanks and have aged amazingly well despite being HP's! They've been upgraded with SSD's and maybe more RAM and they currently run Windows 10. Unfortunately, they will soon be replaced with brand new entry-level HP trash stuff due to the end of support of Windows 10 and Windows 11 requirements! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! And also, even the awesome high-quality and energy efficient Hitachi HVAC system from 2011 is about to be ruined because Kotori Minami will replace the entire system in August 2025! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! At this rate, the only interesting thing about this building will be the Simplex 4100ES system!
