Basically because I know HTML I know how Duolingo is animated on Duolingo.com (The transform attribute coupled with several different files) So when you delete some of these transform elements using inspect element you can perform surgery on him. The flickering is Scratch being a bit silly during importing. I might upload more shenanigans with things you can do with inspect element on Duolingo.com as well as tutorials on them if this does well enough
If you wanna do this yourself, go on the Duolingo website (Duolingo.com) and once you're in your course you'll see that animation. right click on it, and you'll see some things that say <Transform> with some flickering text next to it, Just click it to see what body part it is (The part is highlighted) and press delete or backspace.
