1. Defend your Tribe with your life. 2. You may have mates with any cat from any tribe. 3. A Tribe Healer can only appoint a healer-to-be when they desire to. 4. Kits must be 6 moons of age to become to-bes. 5. Stay in your territory. You may not hunt or trespass on another tribe's territory. Engage all trespassers. 6. No cat may neglect a kit or elder in pain or danger. 7. No cat may rebel against the Healer other than the deputy. During this rebellion, a deputy can recruit as many or as little cats as they wish. 8. All active and eligible cats must defend their camp from an attack. 9. A cat must have been a teacher at least two times before they can be deputy. 10. It is not mandatory to believe in the Tribe of Stars, but it is recommended, unless the Healer says otherwise. 11. A prey-hunter or cave-guard may become a teacher, but they must be willing to accept any to-bes, of either the same future rank, or a different one. 12. Kit-mothers must move into the nursery 2 moons after they become pregnant, unless the healer says otherwise, the kit-mother wishes to move into it sooner, or if the kits come early.
