this is a GIANT shark tooth i found while on a trip to fossil beach VA, i found it a few years ago and i was blindly plunging my hand in the murky water and grabing any big interesting sized things then my mom walked over and then out of the mud and clay at the bottom i just pulled out this 2 inch [5 centimeters] bad boy.
I think its a tooth of either a great white or giant white shark and this story is completely true
