Yes, but their powers must align with their parents' Q. Are tribrids allowed? A. Yes. One parent must be a hybrid, and the other not. The tribrid may not have all powers of their parents' tribes. Q. What’s the process to have a gf/bf A. You must have at least 3 roleplays (NTs do NOT count) before you are a couple. Then when you are, tell me :)
