Right now all you can do is draw cards (by clicking on the deck), drag them up to the centre of the screen to play them, and end your turn to discard your hand and draw a new one. Click your discard to examine its contents (in discard order). Click your deck to examine its contents (in alphabetical order, so you don't know what you'll draw next).
