For example, if he's angry, then the water particles will start to move faster because he's heating up due to anger lol ( there's a cool scientific explanation for this ^^ ) He has a lot of glitch particles on the outside Glow in the dark boi >:3 Lore: He was born under the shallow waters of the tropical island of Downglitch, he was born knowing every single survival instinct, for he was programed to be this way, a robotic creation of nature ( what irony XD ) As one of the most common creatures on the island, he didn't have much purpose except live. Nobody noticed him, or even knew of his existence. Pretty boring if you ask me, NOT FOR LONG!! >:D He was not born with 3 pairs of limbs, bit he came across a funny plant called trxi3 and guess who are it? Hydrovolt the great :) But, his fate isn't decided yet, he has more to see, places to go, and soooo many adventures!!! Welp uhhh dats it :3
