I'm not very good with backgrounds. When Knight enters Generator Rex's dimension, he turn into a human. Who ever is a fan of the show look at Knight's hand and guess what's happening. He has powers from every dimension except his own. So when he landed in Rex's dimension his power's created a Omega Nanite, and Knight temporarily can't control it.
