After you speak, he will speak. Press the spacebar to make him talk. Press the number keys to change how often he talks. (1=1/1, 2=1/2, 5=1/5, 0=1/10) After 15 seconds of silence, he'll say a conversation starter. Or you can press C to make him say a conversation starter.
