Whitey was almost a failed experiment that could've ended the lore entirely. Fortunately, the vaccines took an unexpected turn, and Whitey's powers were amplified tenfold (unnaturally), giving him a powerful entrance to become the strongest. However, after this forced experiment, Whitey chose to live a natural life.
