I did not use a tutorial, there weren't really any needle felted dragon tutorials, so I'm really proud of this(by far my best needlefelting yet). It took about 15-20 hours over a few weeks(not including breaks). Needle felting is basically interlocking fibers with a felting needle to create an object. (In this case, Pebble.)
