[Are people supposed to match a song to these or is it just a flourish? I don't know any suitable songs anyway] Hello! I'm @Decorative_duck , (she/they) and this is my first time applying for a Gens character. I have been in Warrior cats role-plays before, but most of them died eventually. I'm also in the PotHS roleplay (I found this one through another roleplayer's bio). I love the system of stats and rolling, reminds me of D&D. I was looking through litters and this little one caught my eye, he's so cute and nobody else had applied for him. 1. This is an application for Ladybugkit 2. -Simple- Empathetic (+) Caring (+) Resilient (+) Charismatic (+) Extroverted (=) Curious (=) More of a follower than a leader (=) Sincere (=) Playful (=) Avoids confrontation (-) Has a temper deep down (-) Somewhat gullible (-) Sees everyone (even obviously bad people) as a potential friend (-) -Detailed- Ladybugkit is good at noticing other people's emotions, and tries his hardest to make them happy. He likes to have as many friends as possible (winning people over with his sunny disposition and playful charm) and only dislikes people are actively hostile to him or his closest friends. While he's not the fasted runner or strongest fighter, he tries his hardest when it comes to protecting what he cares about. He's usually happy to let somebody else take the lead and follow orders, which can leave him open to manipulation, especially combined with his naive nature (he assumes everyone shares his good intentions) That being said, he has a natural curiosity about everything from beetles to trees, and will sit and listen earnestly to other cats talk. He sometimes gets upset when other people don't like him for reasons beyond his control. When he does get angry, he lashes out and often regrets it later. 3. Ladybugkit is going to be male (he/him pronouns) 4. Ladybugkit is going to be Pansexual, something he will find out naturally over time and quickly become comfortable with. 5. My research into Bobtail cats has shown that although they do not suffer Manx syndrome often (Where the cat is missing more vertebrae than is in the tail), they sometimes suffer from chronic pain or arthritis in the stumpy tail. How I would roleplay this is that Ladybugkit sometimes needs trips to the medicine den or days off to help him manage the pain. Additionally, he might have to figure out some aspects of body language that are usually signaled through tails. Is this enough research? I plan to do more over time but I had to rush this a little to complete the application before the closing date. 6. I can't really think of anything to put here.... anyway that's my application!
