Click the green flag to start the game. You'll be given 3 lives. Each round, the computer will draw 3 or 4 cards while you start with 4 chances (indicated by the hearts on the top of the screen). Click one of the 9 number buttons to make a guess. If the computer has at least 1 card of the number you guessed, the computer will reveal all cards with that number. If the computer has no cards with that number, you'll lose a chance. If you lose all 4 chances, you'll lose a life and a new round will begin if you have at least 1 life remaining. If you lose all of your lives, it is game over. If you make the computer reveal all of their cards by guessing correctly enough times, you'll score points based on the number of chances remaining. For example, if you have 2 chances remaining after the computer reveals all of their cards, you'll score 2 points and advance to the next round. As you begin with 4 chances each round, you can score up to 4 points at once.
Once a number has been guessed, that number button will turn gray so it can't be selected again for the remainder of that round. An extra life will be given at every 7 points (7, 14, 21, and so on). However, you can only hold up to 9 lives. This means if you already have 9 lives, no more extra lives will be given until the number of lives goes below 9.
