Thanks to @BIazeheart for their tutorial on how to draw cats. It really helped! All art, including the background is by me. The font on the thumbnail is by @-Fontify- Note for @nelope: I wasn't sure if you wanted a wild looking cat or a domestic one, so in the end I did both. I hope you think it's ocean themed enough; I'm not very creative with cat designs XD. The tail is supposed to represent a breaking wave and the white circle are bubbles.
