Yes, the title is a tcw ref. Yes, you're going to deal with it. Hope you don't mind two chapters in a row about River- I was going to have another one here instead, but that'll be the next chapter. It just didn't fit as well here because there was no ✨Bonding Time✨ Yet. Also I'm nice so you get a bit of wholesome stuff before Angst happens with the other two 0-0 . . . . . He was lying on a heap of leaves and grasses, that were mildly scratchy. Opening his eyes, he saw a girl with Emerald green eyes and a blonde low bun looking down at him. He soon realised that the cool liquid was water. The girl made a small gasping sound before she stopped pouring the water from a small, hollowed out log. "You're- You're awake!" She exclaimed. "Did you- do you need some food?" She held out a few mushrooms that had been fried. They were decently burnt, but he could tell she had tried. "Do I know you..? A-And yes, thank you very much.." E̹͍̭̪͢͢r̷̢̻̪̹̪̔ͣ́͛̎r̛̰͕͓̤ͪ̀͘̕ͅõ̝̠̔r̡̯̣̉ͫ asked, taking the mushrooms and swallowing them in one gulp. He propped himself up against the rocky wall that held the shelter he was in up "No, not that I'm aware of. I found you looking, well, not so great on the forest floor about two weeks ago. I've been trying to help you since then, but to be frank, I have no clue how to help." She smiled. "I'm Reese, by the way." He smiled back. "Oh! Wow, uh, thank you, Reese. I'm.." He stopped. "I-" He reached for his head. "Ow. I don't suppose you know my name?" "I… I thought you'd know.." She muttered, half to herself. "I've been calling you River, if that suits your fancy I can continue calling you that." "Seeing as I've got no other name, that'll work just fine for the moment." He smiled a little, but it faded quickly. "Where are we? And, why exactly can't I remember… Anything?" River slowly sat up, peering out the open Door in front of him. Hills stretched out in front of him, with trees dotting the grass. Reese's smile slowly dimmed. "I- I'm not really sure about why we can't remember things. But I'll tell you when I find out!" Her smile returned. "And this" she gestured to the shelter they were in, "Is my shelter! And, uh, and that.." She pointed out the door. "Is Biosphere 3." He looked around the shelter some more, studying how the sunlight shone through the leaves. He glanced back at her. "And, if you don't mind me asking, how do you know that..?" He didn't want to ask too may questions, but he had to ask a few to get his bearings. "There was a speech thing the day I woke up- it played throughout the Biosphere, and I forgot what it said exactly, but it said something along the lines of 'Welcome to biosphere three! Enjoy your stay as it won't end soon.'" After attempting to mimic the Announcer's voice, she laughed. River laughed a little as well, throwing his legs off the side of the raised platform the bed was on. "I have a question for you now, do you know why you were out for longer? I'm assuming I was unconscious for a little while, but you were almost.. dead.. For two weeks." He shook his head. "I- I'm sorry, I don't know anything about.. Well.. Anything." Reese sat down next to him. "It's fine, really! And, I promise it'll be ok.. I just realized I never asked, would you like to stick together?" He grinned. "Yeah, that would be nice." . *Click* . . . . . Next: Next Tuesday Previous: First:
