✨Tutorial✨ FPS: When I do this, I animate in 24 FPS The lightning does NOT have to look smooth. It can just be a bunch of wild scribbles. I like to have jagged lines, which I totally reccomend. In my opinion it looks better and is way more fun, but you can do it anyway you prefer. The streaks of lightning don't have to stay in the same spot. They can jump and flash around. But, that's just my take on it. If you are confused, you can look inside and see how the frames go together
