This season has both a team phase and a solo phase Team Phase: 1. Each team competes in a daily challenge, the winners are immune and last place are automatically going into the Arena, 2. The winners must nominate another team to face the losing pair in the Arena, 3. The 2 pairs compete in the Arena, where the winners return to the game and the losers are eliminated 4. The pairs are then shuffled through an algorithm, which is completely random Solo phase: 1. The phase begins at the final 14 2. Each round alternates between men and women 3. The first challenge begins, the winner is safe and the last placer instantly goes into the Arena, 4. The winner (of each gender) must nominate another person of the same gender to go into the Arena and face the last-placer, 5. The winner of the Arena stays in the game and the loser is eliminated. 6.
