Episode 15: “The Spark and the Shadow” ⸻ FADE IN: EXT. WRECKAGE OF BONE ISLAND – DUSK The smoke has cleared. The wind howls across scorched cliffs. Only four rebels remain: HYEHEHE, BUZZINGA, PHANGLER, and POWEK. They move together in silence, stepping over the remains of war. ⸻ INT. TEMPORARY SHELTER – NIGHT A flickering flame burns in the center of the ruin. Phangler sharpens his blade, quiet. Hyehehe stares into the Void. Buzzinga repairs his broken armor with trembling hands. Powek watches the horizon — where stars once glowed, now fading. HYEHEHE (quiet): Four of us. One of her. BUZZINGA: Don’t say it like it’s over. PHANGLER: It is over. One way or another. He tosses the sharpened blade into the fire. It hisses. ⸻ EXT. VOLCANIC VALLEY – AMBER WASTES – DAY The team crosses jagged land glowing with dormant fire veins. A strange calm hangs — no droids, no Accord ships. Just ruins. Suddenly — a figure in the distance. PHANGLER (narrowing eyes): That’s not possible. It’s G’JOOB. Standing in the mist. Smiling. PHANGLER (whispering): G’joob…? He steps forward, alone. HYEHEHE: Wait. Phangler—! Too late. Phangler walks toward the illusion. PHANGLER (voice shaking): I saw you fall… I watched— G’JOOB (illusion): I’m still here. You never failed me. PHANGLER (tearing up): You were the reason I— FLASH— The illusion drops. BEMEEBETH stands behind him, eyes cold. A shard blade made of Void and pain slices through Phangler’s chest. He chokes. Falls to his knees. PHANGLER (weakly): Don’t fall… for her tricks… like I did… He collapses. Dead. ⸻ EXT. VALLEY RIDGE – MOMENTS LATER The others arrive too late. Buzzinga kneels by Phangler’s body. Powek lowers his head. Hyehehe stares ahead — silent — trembling. Then: HYEHEHE (through clenched teeth): I must destroy her… NOW. ⸻ FADE TO BLACK. TO BE CONCLUDED…
