Pointer 22 is the final version of Pointer, so it is fittingly named after the queen of gods in Greek mythology, Hera. The extra "e" was added to make it look cooler ;)
The Start-up charm is taken from Pointer 12, originally taken from Blue OS(which is the slowed down version of the PS4 startup sound [Info Credit: @Giangepetto]), it has been added in the trailer/name reveal to pay homage to the older version.
