Never judge a book by its cover, eh? And the same applies to these three, the beastly beauties themselves. Welcome Spiderlilykit, Foxglovekit and Poinsettiakit, daughters of two completely different worlds, yet brought together nonetheless. ❀ Poinsettiakit, Spiderlilykit and Foxglovekit are the daughters of Balladbloom, a graceful and cheery spirit from the heart of WindClan and the daughter of Legendstar himself, and Anglerallusion, the child of Marshmumble and the granddaughter of the late Bunnystar. She’s former cynical and nihilistic feline whos sharp edges were softened by Balladbloom, and is now learning to settle down and make the best out of her life. The two originally seemed like completely opposites, yet like magnets, drew each other in, and despite living in different clans, still love each other like any other couple, and with the introduction of these three, they will try their absolute best to share their love with their daughters. ❀ This is part one to the entire Beastly Beauties litter! You may be wondering, why are they separated? Well, as you may have figured out from the initial introduction, Balladbloom and Anglerallusion live in two separate clans, WindClan and ThunderClan respectively. Which means, the kits are also split up! Poinsettiakit and Foxglovekit, the two kits in this side of the litter, are in WindClan, and their main caretaker is Balladbloom, although they *will* see their other sister and Anglerallusion at certain points and visits, alongside being informed about her at a very young age. If you are planning on giving a kit a mental disorder, research must be put in for that as well. ❀ If you are openly/found out to be bigoted (Transphobic, homophobic, ableist, racist, etc) you will be blacklisted and not allowed to apply to this litter. ❀ Additionally, if you are on Wren or Lucia’s blacklist/graylist, you are not allowed to apply for this litter. ❀ Do not use AI in your application, not for art, not for writing. ❀ Foxglovekit AFAB 7 inches Like a little shadow on the wall, Foxglovekit greatly contrasts her sister's wintry appearance. She is of shorter stature than Spiderlilykit with a more delicate frame, packed and hidden with thick swirls of fur. It clumps the most near her haunches, tail, chest, and the back of her neck, flaring up around her face in a messy yet charming style. Her big ears also sport thick, drooping tufts. She, too, has the strange antenna-like cowlicks on her head as well, but they are fluffier than her sister's. The majority of her pelt is a mid-toned gray, but it transitions gradually with smooth, sweeping stripes toward darker, more shaded grays toward her legs, head, and the underside of her tail in a graceful black smoke patterning. Her eyes, big and almost perpetually glossy as if she were about to cry, are like gemstones embedded into her head. They are two-toned, blue and green respectively, emboldened by her thick black lashes. Noticeably, they resemble her grandfather, Legendstar. But it's not just her eyes that stand out - strikingly colored florets from foxglove flowers, her namesake, cling to her fur. I’ve never done this open litter system until pretty recently, and wanted to try it out. Also the kits were really well formed… - Why do you believe you should win the kit? I will definitely add a storyline and a dynamic personality, and btw I will use him (changing) equally or more than other characters. - extra note: in the form I will use he/it/fae pronouns, is that ok or does Foxglove have to identify as female? - Personality - Simple [+]: Resourceful, compassionate, helpful, levelheaded [=]: Soft-spoken, clever, independent, observant, curious [-]: Withdrawn, aloof, perfectionist, distrustful Detailed Foxglove strives for perfection, and won’t accept anything unless it’s the farthest he can push himself. He’s good in a crisis, but has the feeling that others aren’t letting fae do things because of its age. Fae hates playing or gossiping - not because he’s snobby, just that he prefers his own privacy. Even though he tries to hide it, he’s incredibly curious about the world and his place in it, often going off to explore by himself. He’s actually helpful though, even if he can’t work well in a group, and secretly would do anything for his clan. - How long do you plan on keeping the kit? Okay fine, I’ll play with Poinsettia.” It walks resignedly over to its littermate, but then… an interesting type of feather! Whoa, what bird was it from?! He picks the feather up in his mouth, putting it carefully among a pile of other interesting objects in his nest. 2) “I-I know you don’t want me here, so I’ll go.” FoxglovePaw quickly melts away into the bushes, leaving nothing but a few petals in its wake. It begins to track for some prey. A large carcass would be perfect, and he had to pass this test. He simply -had- to. 3) Foxglovesuffix [idk what his suffix will actually be] steps up to the two bickering cats. “The deputy is calling for a hunting patrol, I think I’d rather stop whatever drama you’re creating than have less food.” - Trivia * He SAYS the foxgloves on his fur are a nuisance, but he loves them and thinks he wouldn’t “be himself” without them. - Future ideas * 1) he grows to realize and accept that he actually wants friends. 2) [if another person is ok] He falls in love with an extrovert, resisting at first. 3) He is forced to talk to the whole clan and realizes his passion for public speaking.
