Evasion was the pseudonym for an anonymous player that was part of the game not to simply play, but to illegally make a living out of it. He owned a large-scale black market firm named "The Garden". During the era pre-Flood, he took advantage of the ignorance of safety to their game, and made a living out of it. In the end, he became one of the richest Users in the game, scoring his money, across both reality and within digital, more than anyone could count. When the Flood came, he heard of the news and saw the incoming destruction upon this digital world... but he couldn't let another customer die. ARBITESIA was the name of a peacemaker and judicial community, which worked in the game to enforce the laws and digital rules, and to judge and ban those who didn't follow. The operation was run by one admin, who went by the name of "Ms. Arbites". Ms. Arbites personally hated The Garden, an online black market within the game, but was never close to finally imposing judgement towards Evasion, the founder. When the developer turned a blind eye towards the game sooner on, the operation was stopped due to a lack of charity funding, and the entire code for ARBITESIA was later pirated and illegally made open-source. The code of ARBITESIA was twisted by hackers to become an automated bringer of destruction and immoral judgement, and even if the game was safe due to its protection and its firewall, it was placed within other games, causing destruction everywhere else. When the Flood came, this twisted version of ARBITESIA, came into the game and wreaked as much havoc twice as worse than what it once did good. In judgement, she saw all... as guilty.
