Old one takes up most of the screen, which would block your view of the bg, and be a pain to use in menus and the like. This one is more colour coordinated (cos you have lots of cool colours and then a sudden red one for some reason?) I was going to change the text to have some curve, but i'm lazy and probably not going to spend time in photoshop to do that
