The Champs are self-explanatory, whereas the Pros are people who did or came close to winning individual challenges. How the format works: 1. At first, challenges alternate between guys and girls 2. Each team selects a captain 3. They compete in a challenge, where one team wins 4. The losing captain is instantly nominated, while the winning captain nominates someone else from their team 5. Each team then vote someone else in who didn't win or are already nominated 6. There is one Arena between the 2 Champs and Pros, where one wins each and one is eliminated each 7. The 2 twists 8. The finale occurs, where the remaining champs and Pros split into pairs, with 1 male and female being both champs or pros, where one pair wins There are 2 twists: Twist 1, the gender split 1. This occurs at the final 12 2. Each team nominates 2 captains, 1 pro and 1 champ 3. The challenge outcomes stay the same and use the same format 4. The males and females compete against each other in the Arena, each being a Champ vs. Pro Twist 2, The Purge 1. This happens at the final 10 2. There is a big challenge, where 5 people qualify for the final, 2 Champs, 2 Pros and a 5th player of either 3. The 5th place finisher can choose anyone from their team to pair up with. 4. The 2 Champs create a pair and the 2 Pros create a pair 5.
