So basically this is Hamilton reenacted by cats, in comic form. You kinda have to have context but if not, this is from Breaking Cat News by Georgia Dunn, where most of the time it's cats reporting on whatever they think is important but here they decided to summarize Hamilton while trying to get potato salad.
