Lore: Britain not taking parts of Suriname, annexing the region of French Flanders after 1815, more religious tolerance in the Provinces of the Netherlands would cause no Belgian Revolution, the Netherlands gaining land from Germany after WW2 (Bakker Schut Plan and a bit more), and not releasing Suriname would form the Greater Netherlands.
