Arrow Keys to move. Don't touch the Lava. Reach the Portal to get to the next level. Click the Music button in the Menu, or press the M Key, to turn on or off the song. In practice mode you may choose any level you want, but if you win it will just send you back to the Practice screen. You can't win while in practice mode. The only way to win is to click play and win 20 levels in a row without dying. Also don't rush into levels the LavaMan may not have spawned yet. I hope you enjoy.
