Hey! This is my manager application for the Peam chatroom. 1. Timezone, age: I’m in PST time and I am 15 as of writing this. 2. A bit about me: My name’s Akaru/Jude/Chuuya (Chuuya is preferred at the moment). I go by he/him. I’ve been a Scratcher since 2022. I love Bungo Stray Dogs, Small Towns Burn a Little Slower, and learning about wine! 3. Why I would make a good manager: A. I understand the responsibilities of the job, like enforcing the rules and intervening during drama, which I will be able to do without getting angry. B. I think I’d be a fun manager/host without getting too crazy. C. Apparently, over 20 people recommended me for a GWDFI management position in 2024, if that says anything. D. In every studio I’ve been a curator on, I have tried my best to reply to vents and follow the rules. E. I am usually very active and have been described by others as very kind. 4. Downsides to me being a manager: A. I may occasionally mysteriously go offline from a few hours up to a day or so, with no prior notice. This might cause a problem with host shifts. B. Sometimes my mental state isn’t all that great; it has its ups and downs. However, I have been getting much better lately and I almost never vent on Scratch. C. I have been banned before, but I'm way more cautious now. D. I may sometimes struggle with tone. 5. What I will/would do for the studio: A. I’d do my best to make sure that there aren’t any problems by minimizing drama and gently enforcing rules. B. I’d be kind to everyone (except for spammers and blatant trolls, of course), offer advice, and make sure people don’t get ignored. C. I’d make sure to be fun during host shifts, upholding our number one value. D. In the event of drama starting, I would make sure to quickly intervene and prevent it from escalating (or “nip it in the bud”, as I like to say). E. I have many identities that are commonly discriminated against (I’m plural, I’m an alterhuman, and I use xenos), so I would make sure the studio is a safe space for everyone to prevent others from going through this. 6. Notes: The reason this project is listed as a remix is because it is a (rather heavily) changed version of an old project, which was my first manager application for GWDFI. The @ in the image for this project is my offsite username. I drew this image myself for other purpose and thought it would be funny to put in this project. Also, a couple things have been removed since my original posting of this project. That’s because I realized that people I know IRL can see it.
