Due to me being so proud of my animation test I did yesterday, I decided to make a new animation here. (which is just a remake of the first coffee break of pac-mania) And it turned out so good. (kind of) And if you ask: "Why is Blinky not angry like him in the Sega Genesis port of Pac-Mania?", well I just wanna make it look accurate to the first coffee break of Pac-Mania from the arcade port. Besides, Blinky doesn't get angry when you start the game. (probably just to give you an easy start) So it ain't my problem that Blinky's not angry. It's the game.
