Yeah so it occurs to me I can't make an original character without it being a terrible ENA/Noli ripoff. For some reason I like creating those kinds of characters, but yeah they don't tend to turn out well... Welp, this is Panopticon! I do think of possibly making him better, but I'm guessing that'll turn out bad too, so yes.
