You have infiltrated the device of a certain Scratcher and discovered a rather poorly hidden document. Drawn its exotic (wonderfully Avant Garde) colouration (attributed to the brilliant Crafter, of course), you decide to open it. And hence you come across the alleged "Flappy Bird" game you had ordered from a sketchy seller around two months ago - the one that never made its way back to you. Numerous attempts to contact the seller had been to no avail, but now, well... With regards to the instructions of the game, I would say that they are relatively self-explanatory. As a hidden feature, however, you may spam the green flag, producing a glitch-type animation (not that the glitch effect doubles as the cover page, no, why would I do such a thing?). Press the up arrow to move up, right arrow to advance forward (in the initial reference frame, or course) and left to move backwards. You may move down through the influence of gravity. The circular sprite located near the end of each level is supposed to denote a portal, although I cannot overestimate my artistic capabilities, so... At any rate, simply touch it to advance to the next level. Just a small heads-up, however, the three second countdown only applies to the first level, so I would advise that you keep holding down on the up button to prevent the manifestation of an instant death scenario. And for clarification, Crafter has stated that he had no dubious intent in introducing the in-game currency. Not that it glitches the game sufficiently long to make you lose orientation or anything... Achievers, you had better watch out. Update logs and current bugs: - You may now manually set the countdown time. - Timer delay of approximately 0.1 seconds, please take note of this error. - Levels 6 and 7 added (inspired by Very_Unknown_Cat's Level 6 remix). Jokes aside, I (Accretion Disk) had intended for the project to be a platformer of sorts, to test out a physics engine I had in mind. Suffice it to say, that plan never came to proper fruition, and the product is this strange amalgamation of a platformer and Flappy Bird. Why the analogy to the "Flappy Bird" game, you may ask? Well, I simply had that impression while I was conducting the beta testing on my failed ground detector algorithm (the "if touching" block was not particularly sensitive), and it stuck, so there you go. The name "Crafter" was partly inspired by my brother's alias, since I had nothing else to supply in terms of character nomenclature. What a lengthy credits section. Oh, well.
